So, things like consuming alcohol, smoking or taking illegal drugs should be avoided. In addition, cutting down the consumption of processed foods, tea and coffee is also advisable. Some herbal remedies that are available help to increase vigor and also vitality. These remedies have been used from ancient times and have been effective in slowing down the aging process.
While there is still no way of reversing the aging process, one can definitely slow it down using the different available measures.
